Black Bean and Jalapeño Mexican Burgers
Super yummy, oil-free, spicy, and protein packed Mexican burgers! 🌮🍔🌵
What you’ll need:
1/2 cup oats
2 cans of black beans, rinsed
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 jar of jalapeños (half for topping)
2 tablespoon chipotle powder
2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic
1 shallot
Juice of two limes
8 sun-dried tomatoes from a jar in oil
Toppings:
4 burger buns
Cheese
Sour cream
Tomato
Lettuce
Chipotle hot sauce
Jalapeños
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor.
