  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup fresh oregano

Take a pot fill it with water, add salt, oil and the spaghetti, let it cook.

Meanwhile peal the onion and chop it int to nice tiny pieces. Put oil in the frying pan and put it on the stove. When the oil is hot add the onion pieces and stir till they get golden brown in color, add the quorn mince and stir it nicely together so it get mixed well. peal the garlic clove and chop the clove into tiny fine pieces, or simply use the garlic press, and add the garlic pieces and diced tomatoes into the mix in the pan, stir well so it mixes properly. Now add the fresh oregano, salt, chili spice and allspice and stir well. Add the coconut cream and stir well. Take a tsp and taste it to see if you might have to add a bit more salt or spices. It needs to bee slightly hot in taste, just so you notice the heat is there. Put the pan aside.

Now the  spaghetti should bee ready as well. Add some grated Parmesan cheese as decoration.

Quorn mince is made of fungi, and you can get it from most stores in the freeze section. Mushroom is also a fungi Laughing

Quorn product not only come as mince, there are also quorn filets, quorn cubes, quorn sausages and quorn ham. Includin Quorn beefs and quorn nuggets.  Quorn ham I have notice, they sell mostly during christmas time though. All quorn products are made out of protein rich fungi...

Quorn is surprisingly hard to distinguish from ground meat when cooked.

#4 Exactly

#3 Yes it is a actual picture of quorn bologneses, and yes it looks amazingly simiar to minced meat. It is totally meat free minced Quorn and looks much the same as minced meat, even if it is completely meat free. You will not see any difference from minced meat and minced quorn when frying or cooking it Glad

Quorn is made of fungi, just like mushrooms, and because of that, it is a rich source of protein.
