What is your all time favorite vegetarian recipe?
Any favorite recipes? My favourite is a Hungarian version of chicken paprikash which I substitute chicken with mushrooms.

I’m not sure. Mostly because I hardly ever cook vegetarian. I have the privilege of usually eating meals others prepare and there are so many good vegetarian ones. One thing I like a lot is oven roasted potatoes, parsnips, garlic, carrots and beetroots.

#1 yeah I like oven baked potatoes, turnip, capsicums, aka bellpeppers and carrots mix. I fry them in butter and spice it with salt, dill and lemon spice, before I put it in the oven…and that my friend is heavenly delicious. If you do not like lemon spice you can always use a bit of allspice instead.
#0 I have several favourite vegetarian dishes. One of them is moussaka, made either with mushrooms or quorn mince.🙂
Whole oven baked potatoes (with the peels left on) served with different hashes (is that the word?) is a favorite, especially in fall and winter. It can be varied indefinitely. Also, it is very cheap, unless you have Russian caviar or other expensive things on them.
