Best Vegetarian Brownies
Sometimes your home alone, bored, AND craving chocolate you have to break out the baking pans and get to brownie making!
This recipe is simple, easy to remember, and SO delicious you wont need another. I like to spice these brownies up time and again with different swirls of flavour and nuts.
The recipe is as follows :
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup regular cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, combine, and add to a 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-50 mins.
For easier clean up I line the bottom of my brownie pan with a sheet of tin foil. This makes them easier to remove and eliminate scrubbing a pan afterwards.

I haven't heard of all purpose flour before. Is it made of wheat? Is there an alternative to eggs if you don't want to use that?
