Coconut Raspberry Banana Overnight Oats

I made some overnight oats for my boyfriend and I to have in the morning! What is your favorite overnight oats recipe?

What you’ll need:

1 cup oats
1 cup non dairy milk or water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 teaspoons lemon juice
1 banana thinly sliced
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup coconut flakes

How to make:

In two glasses or bowls, mix in oats, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Then, layer the remaining ingredients.

Set in fridge until the morning! 😋🍓🍌🥥🍋

Those look good. I don't do well eating oats. I wonder if this recipe would work with buckwheat or something else?

#4 It is perfect for making on a sunday evening for the week! It lasts quite well while sitting in the fridge for several days in my experience Glad

#4 I need to remember also! I have a big day on Thursday 9am-5pm, I also end up skipping breakfast and it makes me so tired.
