Coconut Raspberry Banana Overnight Oats
I made some overnight oats for my boyfriend and I to have in the morning! What is your favorite overnight oats recipe?
What youβll need:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup non dairy milk or water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 banana thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
How to make:
In two glasses or bowls, mix in oats, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Then, layer the remaining ingredients. Set in fridge until the morning! ππππ₯₯π

Those look good. I don't do well eating oats. I wonder if this recipe would work with buckwheat or something else?

Awesome recipe! This, I must remember to make a night before. It'd be good to take it with me to school as I usually skip breakfast

#4 I need to remember also! I have a big day on Thursday 9am-5pm, I also end up skipping breakfast and it makes me so tired.
