I made a quick and easy pasta dish for dinner. I added some soft boiled egg for some protein.
What you’ll need:
Small jar of pesto
500g favorite pasta
Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sun dried tomato sliced
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
8 soft boiled eggs (boiled 6 min)
Simply boil the eggs, and pasta separately. Strain the pasta. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pasta in a large pot. Peel the shell of the eggs. Serve.
