Let me tell you, this granola recipe is on point!
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 1/2 cups of raw oats
2 cups raw buckwheat
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 mixture of other things of your choice (I did a mixture of hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut strips, and chia seeds - 1/8 cup of each)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Mix everything in a bowl. Spread onto a line baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake for ten minutes or until edges are browning.
Let sit for 30 minutes. Don’t touch it!
Then break up the pieces and store for later or eat right away! 😍✨
You can even add some dark chocolate bits after it’s cooled!🍫
