Black Bean and Jalapeño Mexican Burgers
Super yummy, oil-free, spicy, and protein packed Mexican burgers! 🌮🍔🌵
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 cans of black beans, rinsed
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 jar of jalapeños (half for topping)
- 2 tablespoon chipotle powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- Juice of two limes
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes from a jar in oil
Toppings:
- 4 burger buns
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Chipotle hot sauce
- Jalapeños
## Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Form into 8 patties and bake for 20-30 minutes flipping half way through.
Serves 4.
