Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

Here’s my pre-workout meal for the evening!

1 cup oats + hot water + 1 spoonful cocoa powder
Half sliced banana
Drizzle of maple syrup
Small block of dark chocolate, chopped
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of vanilla extract
Small spoonful of salted peanut butter
