If you’re looking for a reason to eat some pizza, look no further!
I ate the whole freaking thing, it was so good!
What you’ll need:
4 Homemade pizza doughs (or store bought)
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 large tomato chopped
2 cans chickpeas drained rinsed
Franks Buffalo hot sauce or 2 chipotle Louisiana hot sauce bottles
1 stalk of celery chopped
Red onion chopped
Cheddar cheese and/or shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons Tomato paste
Homemade ranch sauce for topping
How to make:
Preheat oven to 200 C.
In a bowl combine chickpeas and enough hot sauce to coat them. Set aside.
Spread 1 spoonful tomato paste on each dough along with desired amount of hot sauce (I put a lot)
Sprinkle on desired amount of cheese.
Add all the veggies, except for cilantro.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Serve with homemade ranch and cilantro.
