Tomato basil penne with spicy chickpeas

This was so simple and yet so good!

I made it with homemade pesto 😊 I would recommend doing a quarter of the amount of spices for the chickpeas.

Maybe not, but in the past it has been the smell that throws me off, if anything. It's a hard life being a fussy eater Laughing out loud

Oh jordan! Maybe its the fact that it is green 😂 too similar to a vegetable. But maybe you can change the ingredients? Maybe sun dried tomato pesto? Or instead of basil something else?

I reckon tomato pesto might be better! I would end up closer to what I'm used to with a pasta dish as well!
